Take your saved tasks, dates, Japanese phrases and useful contacts with you. Save a PDF or download a file you can open without internet.

What goes in the pack

  • Essential contacts: 110 and 119, the Japan Visitor Hotline, the immigration information centre and FRESC, the Turkish Embassy and Consulate General, TELL, and — for Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya, Fukuoka and Sapporo — the city hall, the foreign residents' desk, a hospital with English support and the police lost-and-found or consultation line. Every number was checked against the official page; the date is printed on the pack.
  • Your own progress: the checklist items you have not ticked yet (from the dashboard checklist), the dated tasks you added in the Arrival Timeline, and the phrase cards you have not marked as known. Everything is read from this browser; nothing is uploaded.
  • “Print / Save as PDF” prints only the pack on A4, black on white. “Download .html” saves a single self-contained file with the styles inlined — it opens and prints without a connection, at the airport or the immigration counter.

General guidance, not legal advice. Opening hours and procedures change — confirm with the office before relying on a number or a date printed here.
